1. Ownership & Operator

The Pentatonic Way (“the Site,” “the Service”) is owned and operated by Clearline Interactive LLC, a limited liability company registered in Hudson, New Hampshire, USA (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Membership & Billing

Membership is offered on a subscription basis, either monthly or annually, as selected at signup.
New members are entitled to a 14-day free trial.
After the trial, subscription fees will be billed automatically based on your selected plan.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial subscriptions. After this period, all fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account settings.

3. Content & Access

Membership grants access to exclusive video lessons, downloadable worksheets/resources, community forums, and live coaching sessions.
Members may download worksheets and resources where expressly permitted. All other content is for streaming only and may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed.
Each membership account is intended for a single user only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, graphics, and live session recordings, is the intellectual property of Clearline Interactive LLC and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Redistribution, resale, public display, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited.

5. User-Generated Content

Members may submit content, including but not limited to comments, forum posts, and uploaded recordings.
By submitting such content, you grant Clearline Interactive LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
You remain the owner of your submitted content, but you agree not to submit anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing on others’ rights.

6. Member Conduct

Members agree to:

Treat other members with respect and professionalism.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, spamming, or illegal activity.
Comply with all community guidelines posted on the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of this section without refund.

7. Privacy & Data

We collect and store your email address for account management, communication, and subscription purposes.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store payment details directly.
We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., login frequency, page views) to improve the Service.
By using the Service, you consent to this limited data collection and use.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided for educational purposes only. We make no guarantee of specific learning outcomes or improvements.
You agree that musical practice involves physical activity and acknowledge any risks. We are not responsible for injuries sustained while using the Service.
We disclaim liability for technical issues, site downtime, or member dissatisfaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearline Interactive LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New Hampshire, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Members waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

10. Termination

Members may cancel or pause their subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate memberships at our sole discretion for breach of these Terms.
Termination does not waive your obligation to pay outstanding fees incurred before termination.

11. Eligibility & Minors

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Individuals under 18 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
